Founded in 1994, Sullivans Cove is one of Tasmania’s pioneering whisky distilleries and has become one of Australia’s most acclaimed single malt producers. Originally established in Hobart before relocating to Cambridge in 2004, the distillery has earned a global reputation for its meticulous cask selection, small-batch production and exceptional quality.

International recognition came in 2007 when its American Oak expression won Best Single Malt (Outside Scotland) at the World Whiskies Awards. In 2014, Sullivans Cove made history when cask HH0525 was crowned World’s Best Single Malt, placing both the distillery and Tasmanian whisky firmly on the world stage.

Today, Sullivans Cove continues to produce a limited number of casks each year, with every release showcasing the individuality of its carefully selected oak casks. Renowned for its rich, elegant and complex whiskies, the distillery remains one of Australia’s most sought-after names among collectors and whisky enthusiasts.
