Tasting Notes
Nose: Crisp and inviting with tart apple, sorbet, buttermilk and vanilla. Notes of soft brine, caramel syrup, salted caramel profiterole, fig syrup and dates add depth and complexity.
Palate: Creamy and juicy with a rich, chewy texture. Flavours of baking spices, cocoa powder, dark chocolate and orange are complemented by brown butter, sage, lemongrass and white pepper.
Finish: Long, intense and generous, with layers of caramel, brown sugar, toasted marshmallows, roasted hazelnuts and maple syrup pancakes, followed by warming spices.
