DELIVERY AND SHIPMENT METHODS

Standard Next day delivery

Orders made before 3:00pm will be delivered the next shipping day. 

Operations day for delivery are Monday to Saturday (9 am to 10 pm), excluding public holidays.

Normal orders received after the cut-off of 3:00 p.m. on Friday will be delivered on Monday earliest. Normal orders received before the cut-off time of 3:00 p.m. on Friday will be delivered on Saturday at no additional fees.

These shipping times may be extended during busy periods or in the event of a short-term closure.

Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse to our local delivery partner within an estimated 1 working days. Our local delivery partner shall deliver the Product to the address specified in your Order. Please, check carefully your postal address in order to ensure the proper delivery of your order.

Your parcel will be deliver in a safe and secure manner; by performing identity check and take customer confirmation (Proof Of Delivery) on handing over the order. If intended recipient is not present at the Shipping Address, we will not leave the delivery behind, except upon instruction by customer. In that case, a picture is taken by driver.

 

DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery is free for orders of $190 (incl. tax) or more. Otherwise, the next day delivery will cost $8.

The cost of delivery of your Order will be displayed to you on our Site, in your shopping cart.

 

RETURNS & INCORRECT ITEMS

Goods are not able to be returned after the signing of a delivery other than those which are faulty or damaged when they are received, and these will receive a full refund or store credit. 

In case of any damage or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days at customersupport@lmdw.sg with your order number, your shipping address, the product code of the defective item, and a photo of the defect. 

Our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible to arrange the withdrawal of the involved items from your shipping address with our carrier. Then refund will be issued.

 

In case of incorrect address, our Customer Service will reach you directly to confirm your delivery address.
