STANDARD DELIVERY (FREE)
Standard Delivery requires a minimum* 3 days for processing, packing & delivery completion.
Please note that your Whisky.SG package will be delivered according to our Logistics partner’s schedule and cannot be customised.
You will receive a message prior to the delivery.
Kindly ensure that your order can be received or extra charges will be required to arrange a new delivery.
*Shipping times may increase during peak / surge periods, holiday periods, or in the event of a short-term closure.
TimeSlot Delivery
Specific Delivery Date & Time Slot allows for coordinated delivery time slots which are only available for orders that are placed at least one working day (before 3:00pm) in advance!
Two timeslot available:
– 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
– 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm
We highly recommend you to using our premium delivery option to gain the best shopping experience.

Whisky.SG office is closed during weekends & public holidays. Our warehouse & logistic partners do not deliver on Sundays.

CANCELLATIONS
Whisky.SG is unable to void or suspend orders that are already in process in our system.
For Health & Safety reasons, Whisky.SG is unable to issue refunds or exchanges for packages that have been signed.
DAMAGED / INCORRECT ITEMS
In case of any damage or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days at customersupport@lmdw.sg with:

- your order number
- your shipping address
- the product code of the defective item, and
- photo(s) of the defects
Our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible for further investigation.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure that the Singapore-based address you’ve provided in check-out is correct.
In the event it is not, we request for you to contact us within 1 working day to ensure timely delivery of your goods.
In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address, our Customer Service will reach out to you on your Singapore-registered mobile number provided at check-out. Kindly note that additional charges may be accrued due to failed delivery.
NO-DELIVERY ZONE
Do note that the delivery address must be a valid Singapore residential address – we do not deliver to P.O. Box or Parcel Lockers.
However, due to restrictions and limitations (placed by certain institutions and organisations), we are unable to make deliveries to the following areas in Singapore.

RETURNS / REFUNDS
Whisky.SG is unable to cancel or refund your order once it’s in our system processing line-up. Kindly double check all orders prior to check out.
Due to Health & Safety regulations, Whisky.SG does not accept returns or exchanges once delivery has been signed.
