Next-Day Deliveries Temporarily Suspended:
Kindly note that in anticipation of this year-end shopping season, we will be unable to offer “Next-Day Deliveries” as NinjaVan is expecting an exceptional surge of deliveries.
We thank you for your patience and understanding of our partner courier’s delivery schedules.
- Free Standard Delivery Island Wide
Our free standard delivery island wide will be fulfilled by NinjaVan. Kindly note that it may take up 3 to 5 working days for your parcel to reach you during normal period*.
Our courier’s delivery hours are between 9am – 10pm from Mondays – Saturdays. There is no deliveries on Sundays or Public Holidays.
*These shipping times may be extended during busy periods or in the event of a short-term closure.
- Guaranteed Next day delivery
Whisky.sg is pleased to offer a Guaranteed Next Day* delivery option for an additional flat rate of $8 island-wide.
Orders made before 3pm daily will be delivered by NinjaVan on the next working day.
*This is not applicable for orders placed after 3pm on Friday through the weekend. As our warehouse is closed over the weekend, the orders received from 3pm on Friday, all the way through Sunday night, will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
[NEW] TRACKING #NUMBER UPDATE: For parcel estimated delivery date, please refer to your Tracking #number available in your order confirmation e-mail (‘Your Whisky.SG order is on the way!”) & in your Whisky.SG account (if you’re registered). Your estimated delivery date will be updated by our partner service once your parcel is out with a driver.
[SMS UPDATES] You will receive an SMS from the NinjaVan courier on the day of delivery to the Singapore mobile number you provided upon checkout.

RETURNS & INCORRECT ITEMS
Goods are not able to be returned after the signing of a delivery other than those which are faulty or damaged when they are received.
In case of any damage or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days at email@example.com with your order number, your shipping address, the product code of the defective item, and a photo of the defect.
Our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible for further investigation.
In case of incorrect address, our Customer Service will reach you directly to confirm your delivery address.
