This 16 Year Old Old & Rare American Oak Second-Fill Single Cask (TD0123) was filled in August 2006 and matured for an impressive 16 years and 10 months before bottling in June 2023. Part of the prestigious Old & Rare collection, these whiskies are matured for a minimum of sixteen years, allowing extraordinary depth and refinement to develop. Complex and velvety, this expression layers tropical fruits, tea leaves and creamy vanilla with rich pastry notes, creating a beautifully evolved single malt that showcases the remarkable potential of long-aged Australian whisky.
