Palate : Persistent spicy notes like nutmeg and cardamom. Followed by a slight hazelnut taste. A beautifully structured and fragrant oakiness balances with flavors of vanilla and wine reduction.

Finish : Caramelized hazelnuts and ground spices become a massive and lingering finish. A broad, dry sweetness slowly gives way to a mineral coastal finish.
