Colour : Pale gold.
Nose : A start on light peat and a sweet custard. Notes of black tea and fruit (peach, apricot, orange) intensify the aromatic experience.
Palate : The Chichibu distillery dried the malt by burning peat under the kiln, providing a rich smoky profile. Notes of ripe fruit and stone fruit bring a nice complexity with a predominance of apple. A hint of salt and vanilla balances the power of the peat.
