Colour : Copper with red hues.

Nose : The Chichibu distillery has used the finest red wine casks from around the world to create this unique edition. The nose already announces the masterpiece to come, with a complex balance of honey, fine wood, and fruits (medlar, forest berries, citrus).

Palate : The rich flavors derived from the red wine casks begin with fruity notes. Blueberry is accompanied by the freshness of citrus and medlar. Mint and licorice notes maintain this freshness, becoming more vegetal but also woody with elegant cedar. Bitter notes like cocoa offer a beautiful structure with a smooth sweetness on fine caramel.

Finish : The finish is long, with a pleasant bitterness on notes of cloves and candied orange peel. The sweetness persists until the end with a sensation of milk chocolate.
