Colour : Old gold with coppery highlights.

Nose : Powerful, concentrated. A fine fruity (grape) and vegetal (gum arabic) reduction sets the tone. With aeration, scents of cooked fruits (grape, strawberry, apricot) escape into the surrounding atmosphere, then the malted barley dominates the discussions, covered with chocolatey nuances.

Palate : Lively, taut. Just like the nose, the mouth entry is slightly reduced. However, very quickly, vanilla, exotic (mango, guava), and candied (apricot, nuts, pear) flavors irrigate the taste buds. The mid-palate is both praline, chocolatey, and finely licorice-infused.

Finish : Long, silky. Brimming with freshness, the finish is marked with notes of green mint and bitter orange. The aftertaste invites savoring Turkish delight, a dessert with rose flavor, and pistachios. Very pure, the taste palette has gained elegance and indulgence (milk tart, lychee).
