Tasting Notes

Colour : Mahogany.

Nose : Expansive, refined. Slightly camphorous, the nose is also floral (purple lilac, geranium), fruity (Muscat grape, black cherry), and peppery. With aeration, citrus (orange, clementine) and exotic fruits (plantain banana, roasted pineapple) enhance the palette.

Palate : Lively, slender. At the first sip, red fruits (raspberry, strawberry) and cocoa flavors harmonize delightfully. This introduction extends to notes of dried fruits (apricot, date, fig), melon, and toffee.

Finish : Long, balanced. Intimately connected to the palate, the beginning of the finish shines with fruity freshness (wild strawberry, papaya). Powdery (cocoa, ginger, nutmeg), the aftertaste glows with the nobility of its woodiness (incense) and the maturity of its fruity notes (dried date, blood orange).
