Description
Tasting Notes
Nose : Smooth, milky. The rye takes us to the banks of the Kentucky River. A note of earth is followed by gentian root. Linden honey brings voluptuousness and a lot of spirit. It continues to rise and refine.
Palate : Tender roughness. Its grain is clearly defined. It rolls on the palate, depositing pink berries, pepper, and cloves. It gains creaminess by offering coconut milk and dried fruits (almond, cashew). Evokes harvest dust.
Finish : Sweet, balanced. The spices become more powerful (Cayenne pepper, nutmeg). Some flowers impose their heady fragrances, notably iris concrete and tuberose. The empty glass is aniseed, lemony, and cereal-like. The loop is thus closed.
