Domaine Des Hautes Glaces

From its first eau-de-vie launched on the French market in 2011 (a young single malt barely a year old), Domaine des Hautes Glaces has distinguished itself from other whisky houses with a distillation entirely based on barley cultivated through organic farming and harvested from a specific climate of the estate.
Drawing on the expertise, techniques, and tools (two Charentais stills) of Cognac, Jérémy and Fred have created a unique and distinctly French version of the most Scottish of spirits. Since 2011, the distillery has come a long way and now offers a rich portfolio of spirits, including two little gems: a barley whisky and a rye whisky.
