Tasting Notes

Nose : Full, rich. Its minerality is uncompromising (schist, slate). Its fragrance, that of wildflowers (clover, lotus), develops into fresh fruit (Williams pear, mirabelle plum) and saline notes. Gradually, he makes us discover other olfactory regions made of honey and noble spices (saffron, cardamom).

Palate : Firm and at the same time very restrained. Its touch has a grain of great finesse. Spices (pepper, pink berries) roll over the palate. The youth of the distillate has nothing to do with preconceptions. This single malt is noble, fresh and complex.

Finish : Endless, it is marked by notes of malted barley, ripe fruit (apple, greengage), exotic (pineapple), citrus (lemon), white flowers, aromatic plants (savory), olives and samphire. Its silky tannins are pure pleasure. The retro-nasal olfaction is intensely malty and the empty glass reveals a new citrus fruit, clementine.
