Signatory Vintage unveils a new series, “Symington’s Choice,” showcasing the most brilliant casks from the Pitlochry cellars. As part of the festivities surrounding the Isle of Islay, La Maison du Whisky offers two of these rare and highly limited releases, originating from two legendary distilleries on the island: Bowmore and Laphroaig. This Bowmore 25 Year Old from 1997 is a single cask, distilled on September 23, 1997, and matured in Oloroso sherry casks. It was bottled on February 9, 2023, at its natural strength of 55.9%, unchill-filtered, and without the addition of any coloring agents. A limited edition of 616 bottles.
