Tasting Notes

Nose : Indulgent, deep. Deliciously sweet oranges and pineapple emerge on the aromatic palette. The scene is set: it is oxidative (mustard seed), exotic, floral (bougainvillea), and spiritual (incense). Each new breath reveals a new note: bananas, Russian leather, or roses…

Palate : Lively, powerful. With determination, it transcends the nose. Sugarcane becomes its very essence. In its breadth, vanilla and licorice stick are perceived. In its depth, we find exotic fruits, Bourbon vanilla, as well as spices (star anise, white pepper), and new flowers (gladiolus, gardenia).

Finish : Long, caressing. A trade wind breeze refreshes the palate. Sugarcane surrenders itself in an ocean of citrus (lemon, orange) and exotic fruits (mango, persimmon). Then, noble spices (saffron, cinnamon) announce a retro-olfaction full of temperament (Espelette chili). The empty glass carries a scented ode of vanilla, vegetation, and spice.
