This limited edition of Papa Rouyo is the first single cask produced by the newest distillery in Guadeloupe. Initially aged in new French oak barrels with a strong toast, the rum is then refined in cognac casks. The mahogany color with amber highlights invites indulgence. The nose reveals dark chocolate, wax aromas, notes of orange peel and sweet spices. The palate is smooth and mineral, marked by cocoa powder and gingerbread, with notes of brown sugar and blond tobacco.
