Whilst most dark rums are traditionally aged in ex-bourbon’s barrels, Neisson has decided to use virgin casks to elaborate this version.
Perfectionist and always aiming for excellence, the distillery has been experimenting different oak types and charring techniques before selecting the unique n°105 charring profile.
