TASTING NOTE
Colour: gold with green reflections.
Nose: precise, firm. Its peppers and salt diffuse their grains on citrus fruits which have just been pressed. Hence this very pleasant feeling of freshness. Generous, it evolves with notes of frangipane and exotic fruits (pineapple). Her buxom character is fully displayed.
Mouth: soft and assertive at the same time. Aquatic (water lily), it is with dynamism and enthusiasm that it reveals notes of mixed yellow and green lemons and gray pepper. Its grain evokes the pebbles eroded by the turbulent waters of a torrent. In this, it also becomes aquatic again.
Finish: long, typical, it is first marked by citrus fruits (limes), liquorice and a fine woodiness. With a refreshing creaminess, it then takes on floral, herbaceous, fruity (apricot, walnut) and saline paths. The empty glass is empyreumatic (eucalyptus) and medicinal (balm).
