Tasting Notes

Colour : Deep golden yellow.

Nose :Elegant, refined. Beautiful vanilla and lemon scents provide a lot of impetus to the aromatic palette. With aeration, notes of white flowers (lilies, lily of the valley), coconut, and curry mingle with exotic fruits (pineapple, banana), spices (cardamom, cloves), and verbena aromas.

Palate : Full, complex. The mouthfeel is magnificent, particularly exotic (passion fruit, lychee, melon), spiced (Espelette pepper), saffron-infused, and herbaceous (freshly cut hay, alfalfa). The mid-palate gains even more texture. At the end of the palate, toffee and milk tea flavors permeate the taste buds.

Finish : Long, indulgent. Similarly exotic, the beginning of the finish is roasted (tobacco) and licorice. Then, notes of iris concrete, fresh nuts, and gentian precede a very pleasant malty and chocolaty bitterness.
