Nose : Enchanting, deep. A silky blend of heady flowers (gorse, mimosa, honeysuckle), tar, black licorice, and soot captivate the senses. It evolves into fresh figs and citrus (orange), exhibiting exceptional freshness and concentration. Its animal character intensifies over time.

Palate : Lively, tense. Notes of smoked bacon, soot, and pipe tobacco set the tone and envelop the palate. The mid-palate reveals fruits (orange, banana, apricot), spices (cinnamon, cloves), flowers (lily, primrose), and even red fruits (strawberry, raspberry). Both rustic (dandelion, damp earth) and flavorful (cake, gingerbread), the finish forms a compact block of incredible minerality.

Finish : Long, rich. Layer after layer, it continuously unveils new flavors. Infused (rooibos tea, chamomile), chocolaty, spicy (Espelette pepper), and bountiful (bay leaf, lime blossom), it intensifies to release a deliciously sweet, vanilla-tinged, and oily liqueur. The retro-olfaction is exotic (banana, pineapple) and animalic (leather, tannery). The empty glass merges seamlessly with the initial nose.
