Tasting Notes

Colour : Golden yellow.

Nose : Broad, delicate. A mix of exoticism (pineapple, kiwi, lychee), toffee, and spices (ginger, cinnamon), the first scent is of rare depth. With aeration, scents of chlorophyll refresh an aromatic palette that becomes increasingly licorice, floral (lily), and honeyed (lime blossom).

Palate : Clear, dynamic. Bucolic (dandelion, pasture) and mineral (clay), the palate reveals itself as fruity (pineapple, plantain banana), vanilla (custard), and spicy (star anise). Then, a fine film of licorice coats the taste buds.

Finish : Long, serene. Juicy and fresh, the finish gives the sensation of biting into ripe fruits (pear, white grape). Powdery (rice grain), the aftertaste is chocolatey, herbaceous (mint leaf, verbena), and spicy (cardamom, nutmeg).
