TORMORE 31 ans 1991 Gordon & Macphail

$1,200.00

This 31-year-old Tormore, distilled in 1991, was aged in a Refill Sherry Butt before being bottled at its natural cask strength in the Connoisseurs Choice Upper range.

Only 518 bottles were produced. Created in 1968 by the great whisky visionary “Mr. George” Urquhart, the Connoisseurs Choice range now includes more than 2,000 bottlings from around 100 Scottish distilleries.

Each whisky’s story is told on its label, detailing cask type, bottling date, strength, vintage, and tasting notes. Always non-chill filtered, these rare single casks and small-batch expressions are crafted through Gordon & MacPhail’s unique expertise in matching distillate with oak casks, passed down through four generations of the same family.
