The Renegade Rum Distillery: A modern marvel precision-engineered to exalt the individuality of terroirs, the purity of prolonged fermentation, and thoughtful, rigorous distillation.

The southern end of our farms is nestled tightly between the coastal road and the swampy mangroves of Westerhall Bay, past its now ruined distillery. Here, the soils that retain moisture, enriched by the heritage of coconut palms and cocoa trees, provide a fertile and verdant terroir.
For this rum, we harvested the high-sucrose variety we call Clean Ester, which is found in the terroir known as Old River.
