Renowned for its old rums, with the oldest bottled under the label ‘supreme lord’, the Rossi & Rossi Italian importers and exporters bring us the opportunity to sample their first white rum. The latter is made by the small Jamaican Worthy Park distillery located in the village of Saint Catherine. When asked what makes his white rum different from others, Fabio Rossi replies: “Personality, personality, and yet more personality!”

Profile: creamy, floral. Intensely spicy (curry powder, cinnamon, chilli), exotic (flambéed banana) and floral (gardenia, geranium) notes. Light aromas of liquorice followed by truffles.
