Launched in 2019, the Ragtime Rye Bottled in Bond features 75% rye, 13% corn and 12% malted barley mash bill. It further qualifies for the Empire Rye designation as all the rye grain comes from New York State.

Matured for a minimum of four years, and bottled at 50% ABV.

Add some ice to open it up and get some secondary apricot & banana chips in the finish.
