Colour : Green gold.

Nose : Full, heady. Very peppery and lemony, the aromatic profile reveals fruity notes (pear, pineapple), minty and fibrous (sugarcane). As it breathes, citrus zest adds a pleasant acidic touch to this very dense olfactory ensemble.

Palate : Clear, lively. A mirror of the nose, the flavor profile becomes milkier and more herbal (alfalfa, cut hay). Then, it evolves toward floral, honeyed (lavender), infused (sage, verbena), and exotic (pineapple) notes.

Finish : Long, full-bodied. Deeply connected to the palate, the tasting evolves toward more heady, medicinal (balm, bandage), and mineral (slate) tones. Long afterward, the flavors of candied ginger deeply coat the palate, while the empty glass reveals peppery, fruity (pear), and licorice notes.
