TASTING NOTE
Appearance : bright gold.
Nose : refined, smooth. Characterized by notes of ripe pears and apples, the first nose is also vanilla, delicately herbaceous (verbena, sage), floral (jasmine, lilac) and lemony. Allowed to breathe, malted barley and aromas of cut hay bring a huge dose of freshness to the aroma palette. Acacia honey gradually creates a very pleasant syrupy sensation.
Palate : rich, smooth. The attack returns with even more precision to the fruity (apple, pear), herbaceous and vanilla notes of the aroma palette. On the mid-palate, almond milk and very sweet spices (cinnamon, ginger) tactfully envelop the taste buds. The end of the palate is like biting into a very juicy apple.
Overall : long, well-balanced. At the start of the finish, pear dominates. Just as juicy, its flesh literally melts onto the palate. The very noble finish is also marked by notes of saffron and cardamom. The lush (meadow) and roasted (coffee) retro-nasal olfaction gradually becomes liquoricey and candied (pear, ginger). The empty glass reveals mentholated, almost medicinal aromas, ripe fruit and vanilla.
