Tasting Notes

Colour : Deep orange copper.

Nose : Lively, deep. Medicinal, fruity (orange, mango), floral (tuberose, lily), and fresh (cane juice), the initial nose is airy. With aeration, superb chocolate, licorice, and apricot notes bring a lot of cohesion to the aromatic palette.

Palate : Sharp, assertive. Dried fruits (apricot, date, walnut) and dry flavors of leaves and sugarcane keenly illustrate the tertiary character of the initial taste. In the middle, citrus zest (orange, grapefruit) coats the taste buds with its pleasant bitterness.

Finish : Long, concentrated. As mature as the palate, the beginning of the finish is marked by notes of mushrooms, lichen, and salted butter caramel of great delicacy. Rooty (gentian), floral (geranium, iris concrete), the aftertaste evolves towards balsamic notes (pine, linden), powdered (cocoa, rice), and finely woody.
