FAIR 10 years Rum Belize was born from the joint work between the fair trade authorities and the company FAIR Spirits.

It has been produced using the fermentation and distillation methods traditionally used in the Caribbean. The sugar cane used in the composition of this rum aged 10 years in American oak barrels has been cultivated using organic and sustainable farming methods by 6,000 small producers in Belize, grouped into a cooperative.
