Tasting Notes

Colour : Deep golden yellow

Nose : Fine and distinctive. On the first nose, background notes of artichoke and warm sugarcane mingle with scents of rubber and very ripe fruits (banana, pineapple). Full of sap (pine, cedar), the aromatic palette becomes more medicinal (ointment, mustard) and peppery.

Palate : Both lively and smooth. Gourmand (vanilla custard) and tangy (lime), the palate’s initial impression is remarkably fresh. In a more syrupy register (sugarcane), the mid-palate gives way to a very exotic finish (banana, pineapple).

Finish : Long and finely tannic. Vegetal (sugarcane stem) and rooty (ginger, gentian) flavors invigorate the palate. Intense, the aftertaste evolves towards toffee and salted butter caramel notes. The retro olfaction is very beautiful and has smoky elements (rubber, gum arabic).
