Tasting Notes

Colour : Bright gold.

Nose : Ample, smooth. Roasted (coffee), vanilla, and indulgent (tapioca, soup), the aromatic palette also reveals liqueur-like notes (cane sugar) and candied fruits (plum). As it breathes, more exotic (pineapple, banana) and floral (peony, hyacinth) scents gradually permeate the atmosphere.

Palate : Lively, fresh. Taking much from the nose, the taste profile is both enticing and original. Particularly infused (tea, chervil), it also invites us to enjoy licorice candy. Gradually, freshly cut sugarcane flavors take over the entire palate.

Finish : Long, elegant. A fruit that has been subtly present from the beginning of the tasting now dominates: lychee. A true ocean of freshness, this fruit spreads its sweet juice and enchanting floral aromas of lilac and peony.
