Description
Tasting Notes
Colour : Sustained gold.
Nose : Fresh, rich. A mixture of chlorophyll, toffee, green malt and alfalfa, the first nose is absolutely remarkable in balance. With airing, fruits (apple, pear, fresh fig), citrus (grapefruit, lemon) and noble spices (cloves, nutmeg, cardamom) are gradually covered with a fine layer of caramel. Pyrotechnic fragrances (cedar, pine), musk, lime blossom honey and passion fruits then bring a lot of exoticism to the aroma palette.
Palate : Dense, indulgent. Medicinal and camphor, the attack on the palate also restores the freshness of the aroma palette for long minutes. A true backbone, the malted barley raises the taste palette higher and higher. In the middle of the mouth, candied fruits (pear, mirabelle) coexist with flavors of mint tea and vervain. In the continuation of this invigorating sequence, vanilla and cocoa beans provide a sweet/bitter dimension at the very end of the mouth.
Finish : Long, balanced. In harmony with the mouth, the beginning of the finish proposes to taste the delicious mint tea mentioned earlier. With its notes of green nuts and almonds, the middle of the mouth has a superb vegetal bitterness. Bucolic, the retro-olfaction takes us to a rice field and pasture where the grass is green and lush. The empty glass is supremely malted, camphor and exotic (passion).
Profile : Noble, fresh, fruity.
