Tasting Notes

Colour : Old gold.

Nose : Refined, complex. Powdery (rice), mentholated, and resinous, the aromatic palette shines with elegance. At its peak, it releases captivating scents of candied lemon, almond milk, walnut, vanilla, yellow flowers, and verbena.

Palate : Clean, lively. Initially juicy (grape, pear) and mouthwatering, the flavor profile is supported by a pleasant herbal and citrusy acidity. Radiating maturity, it develops into flavors of dried fruits (fig, date, currant).

Finish : Long, soft. Delicately tannic, the start of the finish is tenderly chocolaty. Radiant, it becomes increasingly heady (orris concrete), honeyed, and vanilla-flavored. The aftertaste is nobly spiced (cardamom, ginger).
