Colour: greenish gold.

Nose: refined, balanced. On the first nose, fragrances of cane syrup, exotic fruit (kiwi, passion fruit, lime) and esters from the Long Pond rum marry together wonderfully. Little by little, lime stylishly gains the upper hand. Allowed to breathe, notes of juicy pineapple and star fruit envelop the aroma palette, with rum playing a supporting role.

Palate: voluptuous, creamy. First, Lady Fingers banana brings the attack lots of consistency before it is refreshed with lime. On the midpalate, ginger notes appear alongside pomegranate and passion fruit. Gradually, at the end of the palate, pineapple returns accompanied by kaffir lime.

Finish: long, full of energy. The start of the finish is invigorated by grated ginger and lime and reveals very precise flavours of kiwi and star fruit. At the end of the finish, a few petrol hints rise to the surface of the flavour palette. The very end of the finish is dominated by Long Pond rum. The empty glass is a medley of lemony, exotic, honeyed (sugar cane) and spicy (ginger) fragrances.
