Colour : Golden.
Nose : Bright pineapple and dried mango complement subtle red apple. Desiccated coconut comes to the fore alongside orange and grapefruit zest.
Palate : Sweet citrus peel gives way to vanilla fudge and a hint of orchard blossom. A faint herbal edge leads to white chocolate and soft black pepper.
Finish : Medium-bodied with lingering tangerine and oak.
