Launched in 2006, Benromach Organic is the first Scottish single malt to meet the ultra-strict specifications of the UK Soil Association, and one of the first to be aged entirely in new American oak casks. Its very malty aromatic profile (cocoa, coffee) is complemented by spicy and fruity notes. Benromach Organic contrasts with the rest of the range by leaving out peat, asserting itself as a perfect compromise between tradition and innovation.
