Rum Nation’s philosophy comes from years of research and tasting, resulting in rare products such as this new release. This exceptional rum was distilled in a wooden continuous column still, named Enmore, from Demerara Distillers in Guyana in 1997. A 24-year aging in oak barrels and a non-reduced aspect at 57.6% reinforce the powerful and exuberant character of this rum, marked on the nose by empyreumatic notes (camphor, tiger balm) and on the palate by spices, orange, nuts (walnut, almond), and smoky wood.
