Tasting Notes
Nose:
Fine and precise. Dried apricot, orange zest and beeswax lead, followed by caramelised sugarcane, dark chocolate, geranium and flambéed banana, with touches of toffee emerging over time
Palate:
Serene and accomplished. Candied ginger, clove and camphor frame tropical fruits (mango, persimmon), nuts (chestnut, walnut), fig and burnt sugarcane, with floral and resinous depth
Finish:
Ample and lively. Warm sugarcane sweetness returns alongside apricot and orange, evolving into gentian root, praline, earth and cocoa, with a velvety, powdery texture
