Description
Nose: Rich and heady. Expressive and oxidative (cherry in brandy, candied apricot, crème brûlée), medicinal (mustard plaster, iodine tincture), chocolaty, and marked by pronounced hydrocarbon aromas (petrol, hot asphalt), the aromatic palette gradually reveals noble aromas of blood orange, mango, and geranium honey.
Appearance: Deep orange copper.
Palate: Concentrated and full-bodied. Both chocolaty and jammy (marmalade), the flavour profile invites you to savour the geranium honey already present on the nose. This floral signature continues with captivating notes of iris concrete, wallflower, and marigold. Over time, warm cane sugar slowly coats the palate.
Overall: Lively yet smooth. Spicy (candied ginger, clove), peppery (Espelette), powdery (cocoa), vegetal (sugarcane), and heady (tuberose, lily), it gradually evolves toward more oriental tones (rose petal, turmeric) and a lightly varnished character. In the retronasal passage, blood oranges release their tangy, refreshing juice across the taste buds.
