Description
Selected from the Jeanty distillery, located near the town of Grand-Goâve in western Haiti, this expression was crafted from sugarcane juice that underwent a five-day fermentation. Aged for five years on site in a bourbon cask, it then continued its maturation for ten additional years in a cognac cask under continental conditions. With remarkable complexity and depth, its aromatic and flavour profile radiates natural purity and freshness. Its exceptionally delicate texture is undoubtedly one of the highlights of the tasting experience.
