Palate : Smooth, balanced. Like the nose, the flavor profile initially showcases vanilla and citrus notes. Then, infused flavors (rosemary, verbena) deeply permeate the palate. This fresh sequence extends towards more exotic notes (pineapple, banana) and more licorice-like (stick).

Finish : Long, fluffy. Cane sugar, a delicious tropézienne cake, and a lime tart are the desserts that this flavor profile overflowing with indulgence invites us to savor. Over time, it becomes more fibrous (cane) and herbal (coriander, chives).
