Description
Tasting Notes
Colour : Old gold with copper highlights.
Nose : Ample. Apricot, subtly caramelized, exotic (persimmon), citrus (orange), and infused (sage, thyme), the aromatic profile explores a wide range of olfactory territories. As it aerates, it becomes increasingly medicinal (Tiger Balm), camphorated, and heady (lily, hyacinth, geranium).
Palate : Lively and smooth. A mix of lime, dried fruits (fig, date), candied orange, and cocoa, the flavor profile radiates with maturity. It then evolves towards powdery (ginger) and praline notes. Gradually, cinnamon, precious woods, and pine resin flavors accentuate its noble expression.
Finish : Long and velvety. Initially, warm cane sugar, geranium honey, and heather honey create gustatory sequences that are both creamy and heady. Then, intense sugarcane flavors take center stage.
