Description
Tasting Notes
Colour : Bright gold.
Nose : Fresh, subtle. Both lemony, vanilla, and milky (coconut), the aromatic profile quickly evolves towards more vegetal (sugarcane), resinous (pine sap), and honeyed (acacia) tones.
Palate : Ample, creamy. Remarkably balanced, the flavor profile at this moment evokes a Speyside single malt, both herbal and fruity (pear, plum). Then, it returns to Martinique by revealing fresh cane honey and ripe banana flavors.
Finish : Long, silky. Slightly aniseed, the tasting now takes on exotic tones (pineapple, coconut) and spices (ginseng, clove).
