Tasting Notes

Nose : Reveals smokiness (vine shoots) and ashiness. Eucalyptus and cedar accentuate its heady character. Deep within the aromatic palette, discernible hints of anise and dried fruits (apricot, almond). With water, anise takes the forefront. It also displays hints of menthol, lemon, and praline. A profusion of aromatic plants is present.

Palate : Licorice and anise play equally. Very dense, it revisits dried fruits (adding dates and figs). With water, it shows great precision and finesse. Refreshing, it saturates the palate without any heaviness.

Finish : Long, stripped down. It refines continuously, retaining only the essentials: gustatory freshness. With water, it stays true to its goal: avoiding any vulgarity. Fresh mint and chlorophyll tint it green.
