Description
TASTING NOTE
Nose: firm, powerful. On the first nose, freshly cut grass, vanilla, chocolate and camphor cover an otherwise very fruity distillate (pear, green apple). When aired, it opens onto an intensely spicy (juniper berry, clove, cardamom, ginger) and vegetal (verbena, sage) register. Now, the aromatic palette has found its balance. Very mineral, over time, it deploys very pleasant chalk notes.
Palate: sharp, sharp. Bursting with dynamism, the attack on the palate unhesitatingly evokes a Williams pear that we greedily bite into. Very slender, the mid-palate evokes a lawn that has just been mown. This delicious mixture of yellow and green gives rise to a sensation of remarkable freshness. The aftertaste features some noble spices (cinnamon, cardamom).
Overall: long, delicious. At the start of the finish, exotic fruits (banana, pineapple), coconut milk, coriander and acacia honey enrich the taste palette. At the end of the palate, liquorice stick, bourbon vanilla and dark chocolate undoubtedly refer to the first nose. The retro-olfaction is resinous (wax pine), malty and lemony.
