Colour : Dark mahogany

Nose : Elegant and refined. Aromas of precious woods, nutmeg, and blood orange compose an opening sequence of remarkable nobility. Upon aeration, red fruits (raspberry), more exotic fruits (mango), and a verbena infusion bring refreshing notes to the atmosphere.

Palate : Rich and precise. Initially, luscious flavors of dark fruits (cherry, blackberry) lend a creamy texture to the gustatory palette. It then transitions into honeyed (acacia), floral (violet, lavender), vegetal (lemon balm), and camphoraceous tones.

Finish : Calm and velvety. At the start, strawberries, melons, and pineapples enhance an already abundant fruit basket. Over time, powdered (cocoa), roasted (coffee), and creamy (mascarpone) flavors gently envelop the palate. Peppery, the aftertaste also reveals medicinal notes (mustard seed).
