Description
Tasting Notes
Colour : Copper orange.
Nose : Rich, heady. A delicious orange jam feeds a first nose otherwise medicinal (balm). With aeration, scents of sugarcane, nobly spiced (cinnamon, clove), and floral (geranium, hyacinth) intensify the lush character of the aromatic palette.
Palate : Lively, taut. On the palate, sugarcane spreads while apricots and oranges constitute a fruity evolution that is both pulpy and tangy. Then, in the mid-palate, notes of tar and tobacco provide a lot of support to the gustatory palette.
Finish : Long, full-bodied. Tinged with exoticism (mango, guava), the beginning of the finish is finely licorice and vanilla (pod). Powdered (cocoa, ginger), the aftertaste is a subtle blend of spicy (nutmeg), floral (geranium, iris concrete), and vegetal (sugarcane) tones.
