A flagship of the Hellyers Road distillery, this single malt is produced on the island of Tasmania in southern Australia from locally malted barley.

This expression, aged in ex-bourbon casks, completed its maturation in former local pinot noir casks.

Unchillfiltered, this unique single malt offers a variety of aromas typical of these wines, ranging from fresh red fruits (blackcurrant, cherry…) to spicy notes (pepper, cinnamon…) and empyreumatic tones (smoky, camphor…).
