TASTING NOTE
Color: Deep gold.
Nose: rich, deep. On the first nose, superb scents of marshmallow, glue, chalk, iris concrete and Corinthian grape provide a lot of originality at the first moments of the tasting. When aired, the aromatic palette becomes creamy, almost milky (almond), waxy and spicy (pepper). The whole has a lot of charm and personality.
Palate: vibrant, invigorating. Particularly colorful, the attack on the palate evokes the harvest period. As far as the eye can see, fields of freshly turned barley make an indelible imprint in the memory of the taster. Brioche, the mid-palate refers to a baker’s bakehouse. Tenderly herbaceous (rhizome) and delicious (rice pudding), the very end of the palate is supported by a very nice salivating bitterness.
Overall: serene, balanced. Exotic (banana, pineapple), the start of the finish is in turn rustic and flowery (dandelion). Over time, the taste palette has become even greener (grass, pasture). In retro-olfaction, stewed fruits (apple, pear) and candy sugar extend the tasting course with softness and smoothness. The empty glass is finely woody (cedar), slightly medicinal and crunchy (grains, barley).
