The production of this rum takes place in El Salvador, a country located in Central America, on the Pacific coast, south of Guatemala and west of Honduras. The Licorera Cihuatan distillery, the only distillery in El Salvador established in 1999 and equipped with a distillation column, distills and oversees the aging process. This blend is composed of liquids aged between 3 and 6 years in ex-Bourbon American oak barrels. Bottled in the Cognac region.

Nose : Lively. Licorice, brown sugar, nuts (hazelnuts, coconut).
Palate : Smooth and indulgent. Soft caramel, subtle molasses, exotic fruits. Pastry notes, vanilla sugar.
Finish : Persistent and powerful. Notes of cocoa, a slight hint of spice. A finish with a rich woody character and dried fruit.
