Tasting Notes

Nose : Delicate and light. Marked by a subtle blend of cooked peach and apple, it evolves on notes of brioche and sourdough bread. Then come the spices, orange zest, and wet grass, giving it freshness and finesse.

Palate : Delicate, very present, it confirms the aromas of the nose and develops on malt, spices (ginger, cinnamon, clove), and a delicate biscuit impression, on orange and chocolate.

Finish : Very long and gourmet, it is particularly dense on coffee and a slight vanilla woody note.
